We structure our sessions to be jam packed with fun, so much fun in fact that you wont realise how hard you are working, and how much you are pushing yourself.
If you want to get better at bench presses - go do more bench presses! You won't see much improvement in your fitness though.
Our sessions use functional fitness exercises that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, our functional fitness regime also emphasizes core stability.
