A combination of all training techniques, from strength to aerobic endurance. We have it all in these sessions and they are always delivered in a fun and challenging way. We encourage team work as well as friendly competition to maximise results and the positive family atmosphere will keep you coming back.
HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, is maximal effort for short periods of time. Although tough, these sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities. In just 45 minutes these sessions will raise your metabolic rate and improve your anaerobic threshold allowing you to continue burning fat many hours after the class.
Focused on improving your running ability with drills, strength, interval and aerobic training. It does not matter what level you are, as the goal of these sessions is to improve your running performance. Whether you’re looking to beat your Park Run PB or start training for your first half marathon, we will be with you every step and stride of the way.
Fundamentally our strength sessions focus on the inclusion of resistance while exercising. Our functional strength sessions will improve body awareness, muscular strength and endurance. We will be utilising body weight and equipment to increase our strength and power. Strength training is proven to increase excess post exercise oxygen consumption - a great way to burn body fat!
Your core stabilizes your body, allowing you to move in any direction as well as having proper balance. Having a strong core is important as it builds the successful foundations for all the other exercises we do. Our Ab Blast session are short bursts of focused core exercises that help build that foundational strength. They might only last 30 minutes - but you will feel every second!
